What is the return period?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request the return of any item.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags attached.
How can I make a return?
You can choose the option that best suits you:
- Return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
- Return online through our returns platform. Simply enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase to request a return or an exchange for a different size or colour.
- SPAIN Returns Platform.
- EUROPE Returns Platform.
Is there a charge for returns?
Return costs are:
- Spain: €6.50 (deducted from your refund).
- European Union: €11.50 (deducted from your refund).
If you choose to receive your refund as a Mus&Bombon gift card, your return will be free of charge and no handling fees will apply.
Size and colour exchanges are completely free.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within approximately 7 to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you prefer, you may also request your refund by bank transfer or as a gift card.
How can I manage my return or exchange?
Access our returns platform, enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase, then follow the instructions to complete the process.
How should I prepare my return?
Whenever possible, we recommend reusing the same mailing bag or box in which you received your order.
It's a simple way to reduce environmental impact and give the packaging a second life.
Please ensure the garments are properly protected during transport and include the delivery note that came with your order, indicating the items you wish to return.
What conditions must a return meet?
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
- Garments with removed or altered tags cannot be returned.
- Footwear must be returned clean, without signs of wear, and in its original shoe box, which must not be used as the shipping package.
- Accessories must include their original packaging (fabric pouch or box, where applicable) in perfect condition.
- Bikinis and swimsuits must retain their original hygienic protection for the return to be accepted.
